Finally I’m recovered from the epic birthday party of the amazingly talented and hard working @floxnz and Gareth. One of these days when you need something bright to lighten it up.Just realized I have been very much into and exploring my way around creating all sorts of different (edible) textures on cake lately. Nothing so satisfying as making the buttercream surface as smooth as baby's bottom then adding rough texture to it.
