Slow cooked pork belly in some super asian spices (fermented tofu, salted lemon, hoison sauce, soya sauce, ginger, garlic, cinamon, honey, etc). Taro was an important part, it absorbs all the aroma and fat so well ๐
Another way to serve is to sandwich it. Spread the super creamy taro on a half of the bread, pork belly on top. On the other half, spread sour cream, then sprinkle crasins (dried cranberries) and finally top it with baby roquettes. Now put the 2 halves together and stuff yourself with this awesomeness ๐
